Please find below an extended version of the basic terms and conditions or Sunil Parmar Photography in accordance to similar terms of the parent company: Parmar Design Ltd.

1. Proof photographs are aimed to be delivered to client within 30-50 days after event. Unless specified otherwsie, generally during peak wedding seasons this time will take this long and this is not related to the cost/price of the final fee.

2. Additional hi-end retouching/retouched images may take a few days / week extra only once an album design / printing deposit has been paid.

3. The deposit is not refundable if the client cancels or changes the arrangement.
If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above due to severe health reasons backed up by hospital / doctor cert only, the deposit shall be refunded to the client. In this case i shall try to ensure an assistant of mine is able to cover my photography.

4. The final copy right free disc containing post production (not retouched) hires jpegs will only be exchanged if/at time the full outstanding payment is cleared/settled.

5. All proof photographs shall be delivered to the Client on DVD or FTP if discs cannot be obtained.

6. The Client shall assist and co-operate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. 7. The Photographer is not held responsible for any coloured mood lighting at your event that causes a colour shift to skin tones etc as this cannot be helped by the photographer where the colour of lighting at event was arranged with the client and venue.

8. The additional cost for wedding album(s) is to be paid during the order of the album during printing, whereas the photography cost needs to be settled in full when the disc(s) is/are supplied to client.

9. Prices above does NOT include any printed material ie prints, albums, posters.

10. For any time requirements outside/over the booked agreed (number of hours) price, a strict non negotiable fee of £95 will be added per hour of stay.
